Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course. Then, apply in IPU with the NATA scorecard.

I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers. Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. E. g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary.
