You can get admission in NITs, and even appear for JEE Advanced upon its rank you can also apply for IITs if you clear the exam.

Yes, with 9900 rank, you can get admission in any NIT, but not all branches will be available to you.

Yes, you can get the addition in NSIT. Go though counseling procedure and list out your colleges. Put college name series which you want first then after second like wise give colleges name.

No, there is no free admission on JEE basis. You may get concession in managment fees in REVA University.
