To get a college with low fees, you may try for government and government financed colleges. You might need to write any entrance exams depending on the college or you can get admission with your board exam scores itself.

Hi, GGSIPU, Delhi does not offer separate course in automobile engineering. They offer only mechanical engineering, mechanical and automation and mechatronics. Yes, you can get admission in NITs. You just apply for the NIT of your preferred location.

Yes, first preference would be given to the Home State and then to other state and even the ranking categories differ. The opening and closing rank list of all NITs will be released soon at the time of counselling.
