Candidates must have a master's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 55% in order to be eligible to apply for the UGC NET however, there is a 5% relaxation for reserved categories. You may also participate in your final post-graduation year. The eligibility requirements for assistant professorships and JRFs under UGC NET 2022 differ. The applicant must be in possession of a Masters degree in the pertinent field from an accredited university. The maximum age for JRF has been raised from 30 to 31 years old. Ed. ) is a 2 year certified teacher training course after 12th that will equip you with the knowledge required to teach at elementary schools (as nursery school teachers).
