Hi,
The examination will be for 1hour, starting at 9.30am to 10.30am on 19th August.
It is a pen and paper base examination and would have questions for latest BA syllabus of NEHU.
The result of the examination is available the same day and the shortlisted students will have to go through a counselling session. Kindly carry valid photo ID cards and mark sheets to be checked and verified by university authority.

According to this link, it says it has at present 183 students. But, you should go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college as seats are subject to revision. Hope these links will help you.

I don't think there is much difference between the two, if you want du stamp on your degree then you must go for NCWEB, but then again there is not much difference when it comes to weekend learning mode, there is not much to look out for.
