The exam will be in both Hindi and English. But Hindi terminologies are harder than English. So, I suggest you to prepare in English and use Hindi for comprehensive ideas.

You have to wait for the announcement of cut off lists for various colleges in DU. According to the cut off and your best of four percent in class XII you can secure admission in any of the colleges of DU.
