Hello Puneeth,
If you want to pursue your Masters abroad and that too in English speaking country then you can do so in US, Canada, Australia, England, etc. I think other countries may have but you should restrict to these four only.

Which course you should choose is a decision you must take, I can give you options but decide basis your interest and abilities and also your career plans. You must also check other countries since you cannot apply to Canadian universities with three year degree course. But you can see PGD Courses. English, Journalism, Linguistics are some options.

Students of English literature can get jobs with the media as reporters. It is also possible for them to get jobs with newspaper firms. If they have a degree in journalism, they can get jobs with news broadcasting firms like NDTV, CNN IBN, Zee News, Star News Communication, etc. Companies that print out Magazines as well as journals too take in students of English literature frequently. Content development and ITES firms also recruit English post graduates.

No you can not as you are in 1st year now. If you have completed your graduation, you can pursue both. One in regular mode and another one in distance mode is welcome but not two different courses are valid if done at the same time.
