You must check the CUCAS website to know about the process, universities offering programs in English language , scholarship criteria etc. But overall programmes in Chinese universities are generally taught in English and you will need to take IELTS or TOEFL only.

Both are totally different streams from each other. BBA is for business management while BA is arts stream I suggest you to prepare your mind first and then decide.
