Yes, you can. But to teach in government schools, you need to clear TET conducted by respective state or by the centre. After B.Ed, you can teach up to +2 level, for higher classes you need to clear NET/SET.

1. You may consider BBA in finance or international business because in that you need to give the presentation to the faculty or you can attend the seminar related to management, HR or marketing, finance.Through that, you can improve your spoken English and build up your confidence.
2.Also, you can start reading newspaper, articles and try to communicate with your friends and known people in English for practice.You can take classes from British Council for Business English communication while pursuing any professional degree.
