It depends on your interests. There are many fields like journalism, teaching (B.Ed.), travel and tourism and MBA or if you want to pursue further studies then you can go for Masters and then PhD and can become a lecturer.

Yes, you are definitely able for BITSAT 2017 exam.
Because during completion of BITSAT 2017 exam form, they are not asked about your marks in 12th standard.
