You are eligible for PO and clerical jobs in Public sector banks on completion of BA. You are advised to take bank coaching. In case you want to join private banks, it will advisable to do MBA preferably in Finance.

I say Telugu is very widely chosen. English is difficult, because preparation for it will be difficult, in view of the range of the subject.

I think you should pursue b.ed. because after this you are able to join govt. teaching jobs
