The question is completely dependent on your interests. If you are more inclined towards teaching then opt for JBT or else go for Eng. (H) and the do B.Ed.

You can but since you have already completed Masters, you may go for PhD too. Canada offers scholarships also to PhD students. Or you may try to get certificate courses of one year in teaching and save time

It's not that difficult if you start in your final year & are regular in your preparation.
First of all, know you BA course thoroughly. Read every text in it's historical context, delve deeper into biographical information in addition to its contemporary & recent literary criticism.
Secondly, read & revise history of english literature. You stand nowhere without your basics clear. Some books that will help you here are:
1. A short history of english literature by Sir Ifor Evans.
2. A brief history of english literature by Peck & Coyle.
3. A short history of english literature by Andrew Sanders, published by Oxford.

In india you will need b.a english for master's. Abroad you have to take GRE and then you may apply as it has verbal reasoning and ability as one of its component.
