To pursue MBA in event management, you have to give CAT, MAT or CMAT exam and then apply for colleges which provide MBA in event management. There are no separate exams to be given for event management.

There is no requirement as such. The whole idea of Event Management is sheer dedication, hard work and creativity. Conventional Degrees has doesn't impact much as the course itself is determined to be purely professional. So, the minimal qualification as of graduation in any stream for post-graduation diploma and 12+ for diploma is applicable.

Event management is a decent course for girls.

If you believe that you are good at managing, handling business, obliging commands and have a leadership attribute, then you may go for mass communication. You can also pursue MBA is event management.

There are various event management firms that from time to time hire people with mass comm backgrounds as volunteers for their events.
