Which course do you want to pursue from ICFAI University? Moreover, if you want to study event management in the coming future and want to make your career in it, why don't you go for a graduation degree course in the same field.
To answer your question, yes you can study even management from NAEMD, Ahmedabad after completing your graduation from ICFAI University.

Management quota is different in different B.Tech colleges. Many colleges ask for a high amount as fee some may not do the same.

You can pursue MBA/PGDM in event management or a PG Diploma in event management as you are already a graduate student.

Event management is not a specialisation of BBA and it is a small and separate field. Complete your graduation and do a Diploma in event management from an institute like NIEM. Doing a diploma in event management does not add much value for job better you should start participating in college event in organising fund, programme, schedule, budget, etc. that will help you and also opt part time job with event management companies.

You can take up any specialization in MBA after B.Com. Event Management has good prospects and MARC has placed many students in event management companies. Further, if you are a budding entrepreneur, you can start your own event management company.
