If you still if wish to pursue anything, you may go for certificate courses after 10th and then try getting into this field.

MBA in event management is one of the good specialization, but it have narrow opportunities. Therefore, try to do with general specializations as it will help you to secure a good job with reputed organizations.

Designing and journalism & event management are very different streams. If you are good at drawing things and is very creative then designing is the best field for you.
For journalism or event management, you need to be good at communication skills and should be well versed with the current affairs.
So, decide what interests you the most and then enroll yourself into the same course.
