Today PGDM and MBA is treated as same and same salary is being offered to the candidates but inthe long run, a Degree is considered more important than a Diploma in certain cases. After you join any industry or start job then only your experience matters. Degree and Diploma is considered in starting phase only. If you have option for Degree then you must go for a Degree course.

Hi Harsheel,
For FTII, you'd need graduation, and you can study either mass communication or animation depending on which director you would want to become.
You can look at the following options to study in the field you desire:
1. New York Film Academy.
2. Vancouver Film School.
3. FTII - Pune.
4. Institute of Creative Arts.
