An independent Event Manager don't need any age barrier to start a career. As per my knowledge, if you have passed 10th exam, then you are eligible to get an admission there.

Yes, you can do along with it, it will not affect your law college classes and mainly you have to keep it balance and go on as per the timings of both courses altogether
