NEET MDS exam pattern is released by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) along with the information brochure. NBEMS has announced a change in the NEET MDS exam pattern and structure. Part-A of the question paper for any fellowship course/clubbed group shall comprise of MCQs from the eligible feeder broad/ super specialty course. FET question paper will have 100 questions. These will be divided into two sections, Part A and Part B. For every correct response, candidates will be awarded four marks. For every incorrect response, one mark shall be deducted. No marks shall be awarded/deducted for unattempted questions.

The exam pattern comprises the structure of the exam, number of questions, language options, exam duration, and the marking system. The mode of the examination is online. The medium of the examination is in English (only). The duration of the examination is 3.5 hours. The total marks awarded will be 800 and the total number of questions is 200. The nature  of questions is Multiple-choice questions. The question paper is divided into three sections. NBE doesn't release subject wise weightage for NEET PG officially.
