Yes you may obviously get admission this way, it is called lateral entry, but the fact is that would require a hige sum of money, and if you can afford that the it is well and good.

Yes, you can but giving JEE would help you get into government institutions, otherwise you can always give the entrance tests of private colleges and get admission for CSE.

Steps to download the admit card for MHT CET 2018
The link to download the admit card will be inserted here. Enter Application number, Password and security key as shown in the image. Hit login to download the admit card. Take multiple printouts of the MHT CET 2018 admit card in case you lose one. Produce it at the time of counselling and admission process.

JEE Mains correction form are available from 14th to 20th October 2019. You can correct your details in the application form till 20th October 2019. After that, you will not be able to correct you details. You can correct the Aadhar Card Number, Photograph, Signature, and any other Personal Information in the JEE Main Application Form. So, do it on or before 20th October 2019.
