There are less chances for you to get in NITs or IIITs. Use the college predictor tool to know in which institutes you are eligible to take admission

Firstly, for cut-off, there is no need of percentage in 12th and according to your percentile, there will be 30% chances of getting CSE but you can go for CCE, which contains more than 50% syllabus of CSE and has good placement records.

Yes, since you belong to Tamil Nadu, there might be chances for you to get admission. Just apply and wait for them to call for counselling.

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as there are only 559 seats in all NITs. Therefore, students who get more than 99.3 percentile can only get admission in NITs. I would suggest you to go for other government colleges or private institutes.

Yes, it accepts JEE Mains rank, but it's not possible for you to get admission in CSE in that college. To know in which other colleges you will get admission use the predictor tool:

No, it won't accept Andhra Pradesh EARNCET exam for getting admission into GITAM. Either you must write GITAM entrance test or get admission in management quota. All the best.
