Distance MBA is mainly for working professionals and does not have much value. So, it is suggested to go for a full time program from a reputed college that can offer you excellent placement.
If you wish to go for distance learning, some of the distance learning institutes are:
1. Symbiosis.
2. IGNOU.
3. ICFAI.
4. MIT.
5. Sikkim Manipal.

Through distance learning the best colleges for MBA would be Symbiosis Pune, IMT Ghaziabad, Sikkim Manipal University, IGNOU, ICFAI Business School Hyderabad, Annamalai University, Alaggapa University Tamil Nadu, Bharathidasan University. These are good universities for distance education. Some of these have online courses which you can pursue simultaneously with your job.

You can go for certification to add value to your profile like ITIL, Six Sigma, etc. And once you have a relevant experience, you should go for project management.

Dear Ranjoy Ghosh,
Alliance University is a brand name in South India after IIMs. It is doing really good in E-MBA programme. It is providing campus placement and doing well based on the work experience of the candidates. If you can afford it then you can also think about IIM Bangalore.
All the best.
