MBA is a 2 year full time program . Executive MBA is a program for working people with the duration of 12 to 18 months . PGDM is the same as MBA ( only universities can offer the MBA degree other institutes offer the same course as PGDM .)

First of all go for the Executive MBA program if you have suficient relevant work experience and if you feel that in your field the executive MBA would serve the purpose of career enhancement. The best option would be to go for such programs of the IIM's.
