To pursue executive MBA, you need not to appear for any exam. Executive MBA is for working professionals / people who have had work experiences ranging from 3 years+. Each institute has their own defined norms for admission. You need to check it and then pursue it accordingly.

Yes, definitely. Executive MBA is beneficial for a working professional as it will help individual with knowledge of all the fields of management and not with just one field of management like marketing, HR or Finance. It is a complete management course and as you have 10 years of experience, after pursuing this course from a reputed institute or B-School, you may get a good career opportunity in terms of salary and growth.

To seek admission in an executive MBA program, you don't need to appear for an open test. The admission criteria is simple minimum 50% marks at graduation level & a experience certificate/NOC from your employer confirming that you have 3 + years of experience.
You need to check the admission process for the specific college wherein you intend to seek admission for more details.
