If it is a full time course, you can get a decent placement. If you are doing it through part time, it will add knowledge and polish you in terms of presentation skills and team work. For job prospects, you won't get any benefit as part time MBAs do not have any placement support.

Executive MBA is an intensive one-year residential, distance learning or a combination of residential & distance learning programme created specifically for professionals with 5 years or more work experience. Executive MBA provides students with the same solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as a 2-year full-time MBA. If you have a work experience of 2 years, then you can go for regular MBA. More than 3 years of experience is suitable for executive MBA.

If you have work experience of 4 years then pursuing executive MBA is a good choice. Full time course is more valuable as compared to the part time course.
