If it is a full time course, you can get a decent placement. If you are doing it through part time, it will add knowledge and polish you in terms of presentation skills and team work. For job prospects, you won't get any benefit as part time MBAs do not have any placement support.

Executive MBA is an intensive one-year residential, distance learning or a combination of residential & distance learning programme created specifically for professionals with 5 years or more work experience. Executive MBA provides students with the same solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as a 2-year full-time MBA. Executive MBA coursework is built on the basis of that students will have diverse and extensive work experience by virtue of which they will able to related to management theories and concepts. Executive MBA is rigorous as the syllabus of two years is compressed in one year.

EPGM certificate from IIM Bangalore is a better option because you will get certification from a top B-School of India. Certification brand image matters the most in the field of management education.

If you have a work experience of 2 years, then you can go for regular MBA. More than 3 years of experience is suitable for executive MBA.

As a general practice, e-MBA programs don't need any open test. Some institutes do insist of company sponsorship for seeking admissions. You can visit the website of SP Jain and get an understanding of the terms and conditions of various courses available with the institute.

If you have work experience of 4 years then pursuing executive MBA is a good choice. Full time course is more valuable as compared to the part time course.
