Hi Ratnadwip,
In order to pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion.
Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.

In that case you may opt MBA system from Indira Gandhi National Open University available at Nagpur and you may also check at Army Regional Centre
If you are more passionate about IT I suggest you should pursue MCA
You may also look for evening M.Tech programme under Nagpur University if your job permit so
