Pavan, you can opt either of a one year executive MBA at any of the IIM's or may go for distance education MBA program from a recognized & known university. Take care in choosing the specialization subject so that it enhances your existing career soon.

You will able to get admission in executive MBA easily by joining B School admission processes by virtue of your rich experience. Why are you looking at management quota admission? Generally there is no admission quota at Ex MBA.

Since you are working in a bank ,I would first advice you to check with your bank on the kind of courses that you can do to get career enhancement . Also check on what kind of MBA courses have internal recognition for career growth. keeping this in mind you can pursue an appropriate course .
seeking qualification that does not help you in career advancement may not be advisable

A full time MBA from a good institute is any day better than Executive MBA
Executive MBA is of shorter duration and more suitable for people who are employed and want to pursue MBA along with continuing to work

one year executive MBA is not much beneficial without a prior work experience . It will not add an advantage compared to the regular two year PGDM . if you want to grow in career PGDM is worth and later on after working . u can go for the executive MBA which will add on to Your brand value

KJ has a full time 15 month Executive program. Placement support is provided to all students. At last 5 years of work experience post graduation is required in order to pursue this program. However, placements are not 100% and some students prefer seeking placement on their own.
