CS and MBA, both the courses are valuable and job oriented. It depends on your interest.

Apart from IIMs, XLRI also provides best PGDM course in HRM specialisation in India. It provides good management education in the field of HR. Placement package is also very good.

You don't need any other degree as you have completed B.Com. However, if you want to pursue any course, then you can opt for LLB with CS.

As you already have work experience, then you can go for executive MBA as it will provide you more scope for career growth. In MBA, you will have to choose specialization and also through E-MBA, you can save your 1 year and can be done simultaneously, without leaving the job.

Executive programs are offered by most of the IIMs and even other premier B-Schools of the country. You can have a look at MBA program offered by ISB. The college has an international brand and the kind of students coming in have diverse profiles, with significant work experience.
