As you already have work experience, then you can go for executive MBA as it will provide you more scope for career growth. In MBA, you will have to choose specialization and also through E-MBA, you can save your 1 year and can be done simultaneously, without leaving the job.

Executive programs are offered by most of the IIMs and even other premier B-Schools of the country. You can have a look at MBA program offered by ISB. The college has an international brand and the kind of students coming in have diverse profiles, with significant work experience.
