Working in Sales and Marketing in any company is a very challenging job because of high targets to meet and with not-so lucrative salary. This is not limited only to ICICI bank, but in all companies in general. For such job roles, you need to be dedicated and should not constrain yourself for an 8 or 10 hour job. Master in Business Administration (MBA) is two years degree course in the field of management. In India MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a Business School affiliated to any university. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.

Nice to know your interest, but I would like to suggest you, for pursuing MBA in executive, you are required as a working professional with 3 years experience, then only executive MBA will benefit for you.
