Ms. AARUSHI BHATT has cleared your doubt in very simple words. If you really want to go for executive MBA you need to gain managerial skills by doing related job. If doing MBA is must and should now for you meance, its better you opt for non-executive MBA which might be distance or part time or full time. If you opt for full time MBA you can go for part time job or do any side business as a beginer in entraprenuership with small scale stratups which might enhance your skills related to business and who knows, further you might become a large scale industrialist. You did Masters in Environmental engineering. Why did you do that? Usually 90% dont have any clue why they do a specific B.Tech. In your case you didn ECE and decided to do an M.Tech in Environmental engineering.
If you want to pursue BA for just the salary it makes completely disconnect and shows how unplanned you are.
I would rather ask how this BA will help you with you possible 2/5/10 year goal connecting your technical degress.
If you dont know its about time to chart your plan for 2/5/10

It's nothing like that. Both courses are equally good. Regular MBA is mostly for freshers and people with 1-2 years' of work experience. Executive MBA is only for working professionals.
