Executive MBA are done by people who have work experience of minimum 2 years (in case of most B-schools) and minimum 5 years (In case of ISB, Hyderabad). With minimum 2 years of experience, you can do Executive MBA from almost all IIM's, SP Jain, IIT's, Great lakes, XLRI etc.

You can also look for Executive MBA options at IIM Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad and SP Jain Mumbai depending upon your location preference. Some colleges want that your executive MBA be sponsored by the company you are working for.
