Admission to the BTech in Fashion Technology at VIT Chennai is subject to the fulfilment of the preset eligibility and selection criteria. The basic difference between both is that BDes in Fashion Design is focused on the creative part, such as pattern making, draping style, dress construction, etc., whereas, the B Des in Fashion Communication is focused on the ways of communication like Photography, graphic design, marketing, promoting, etc.
