Diploma in hotel management is a good course if you want to make a career in hotel and tourism industry and it provides a lot of job opportunities in India and abroad.

There is no age limit for pursuing your degree of diploma in food production. You just have to proper eligibility criteria of that course.

In my opinion, opting for Hunar Se Rozgar course after a full-time degree in hotel management isn't a wise choice as you will be taught the things that you've already covered in your degree.
If you are interested in food production join a five star hotel or restaurant at an entry level ( Commi 3) position. You will get a lot more to learn there and you can grow up the ladder.

That will depend on the country where you are going for higher studies.

I would like to suggest that Diploma in Automobile Engineering is more job oriented than compared to that of Diploma in Food Production. There are more requirement of Automobile Engineering all over India as well as abroad.

Both are having their own importance in their respective field. Hence they both are having scope in job perspective. Please tell me why you want to know exactly about this?

Honestly, you are not left with many options once you start any course after class 10th. I would suggest you to complete your class 12th, and then go for a degree course in food production to have a bright career.

Diploma in food technology students have good job opportunities in the present time where there are numbers of companies, large and small scale, which are involved in processing and packaging of the food products for the consumer. The fields where you can find jobs are:
Catering establishments
Hospitals
Food processing companies and food research laboratories
Retailers
Food wholesalers
Bacteriologist
Toxicologists
Quality control departments.
