France has good universities to study. Whether to do digital marketing or marketing depends on your interest but there are very good colleges and universities for both in France.

Riga Technical University (RTU) takes an active part in the EU youth exchange program Erasmus and has links involving over 300 institutions across Europe and beyond. Note: You can only participate in an Erasmus exchange, if your home institutions has a bilateral agreement with Riga Technical University. Good luck.

GRE is usually required by top ranked public university in Canada. It is also true that lower ranked universities might not ask for GRE or even if they do, they usually waive it. Colleges like George Brown College, Seneca- Toronto do not ask for GRE.
