Hi,
What kind of a Bachelor degree is this which is only for 9 months. A Bachelor degree is either of three years or four years.What you are referring to sounds like a diploma program. and if at all your Bachelor degree is of 9 months it won't be accepted.

University Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC) and University of Paris Sud are such universities which provide PG in computer science and IT and it also depends on the course you have applied for and mainly on your marks and your graduation percentage.

Your chances seem bright. Your admissions will also depend majorly on your SOP and the LORs. Besides, different universities have different admission requirements and acceptance rates.
