In India, there's generally no upper age limit for undergraduate degrees. Most universities allow admission even after 27 years. Only a few entrance-based courses like JEE or CLAT may have age restrictions. So yes, you can definitely join a regular college after 27, especially through state or private universities without entrance barriers.

Yes, it's possible, but there are limits. A mini job is a part-time job with low pay (up to €538/month). If you already have a full-time job, you must tell your employer before taking another job. Also, you may have to pay more in taxes, depending on your total income.

Yes, it is completely valid and legal to pursue an M.Com (IGNOU) and a B.Ed (regular) simultaneously, under the current regulations. The University Grants Commission (UGC) under the new guidelines, allows a students to enroll in two degree courses simultaneously, under one condition that one degree should be in regular mode while the other must be in distance/online mode.

Yes, online Bachelor of Library Science course is same as regular Bachelor of Library Science course in terms of course curriculum and syllabus. Students can pursue both types of B lib sc courses at their convenience.
Online B lib sc course involves learning through online mode along with e-study materails and online test-series. Live classes or video classes are used for learning in online bachelor's in library Science course.

Yes, it is important for the students to attend the classes regularly and maintain minimum 75% attendance. If students fail to do so then students may have to face some consequences which includes getting debarred from the semester exams and be answerable to the college authorities. The intention of the university is to maintain the discipline and give the students the required knowledge.
