Check for online programs or distance learning programs that are flexible. But most of the courses related to your field would have practical's and practical exams, so it is a bit difficult. I would suggest you go for theory oriented PG programs that do not require you to attend practicals.

Sorry but to get admission in Patna University you need to clear either of these exams -
CAT/CAT/MAT/ATMA
All these exams will be held in 2019, you can check details for each exam separately. For example, CAT is conducted in the month of November, registration will start in August most probably.
So keep checking for these exams and clear any of these, you will get admission in MBA for sure.

Yes, distance learning degree is valid as same a regular degree. Distance learning University must have UGC and DEB approval, if the university doesn't have those approvals then the degree will not be valid, so first check the approval and reviews then apply for admission in distance learning. But, recruiters often prefer Students with regular degree and regular degree also helps for future studies.
