Hi Biman, B.Ed distance education has been stopped by most of the universities for general public. The government had made regular B.Ed compulsory for all teaching Jobs. So If you are looking for Teaching Jobs - then you have to do it as regular mode.

Hi,
By None Regular - Do you mean B.Com at distance mode. Bharti College do not offer distance learning. They only do Regular classroom courses. This year's admissions are almost over or towards finalization. Session starting very soon.

Hi Hassaan, For LL.B. - you need to be a graduate. So, yes, you can do LL.B. Admissions are entrance based. This is a regular course. As per BCI Guidelines :
Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. Is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are few colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.

Hi,
Earlier, there used to be an age bar for Law courses. But now, The Bar Council Of India has withdrawn the age restriction to take admission in law courses. The students are allowed to take admissions in colleges/universities in LLB or LLM courses without any age limit.

This is somethings that we do not have clarity on. In some sections of the internet and media, it claims that the UGC expert committee had agreed to allow students to opt for one regular and another distance or correspondence Bachelor's program in 2013. But there is other news that says in 2016 UGC did not allow students to take two Bachelor's programs. So I would suggest you contact your university or college and discuss your dilemma. If the college or university has no issue then you can pursue it without any problem.
