As far as my knowledge goes, B. Tech cannot be done through Correspondence. However, it may be done part-time. Even IET DAVV also offering the Part-time B.E.

Yes, you can do a full time BA degree course from this college without doing any coaching of IAS. You can prepare for the exam yourself.

You have a good percentage. You can study in a regular college. Many of my friends had a percentage score in the range of 50-70, who are doing well today. You don't have worry.
