NO. It is impossible to pursue two different Bachelor courses at the same time. It is technically not possible anywhere in India. * One can graduate only once in his life.

According to Indian education act-1959 you cannot pursue two degrees simultaneously, because it causes extra burden on students (according to law makers). But after the recommendation of few universities UGC has now granted the permission for students to get enrolled in two degrees (in same or different universities). But this law has been changed since 2013 permitting its full-n-functional use from 2014-2015 academic years. So interested students can enroll in two degrees simultaneously whether from the same university or the different.
