Full tume course is always better and MBA is a post graduation course so you need to give your 100 % in this course. By regular classes u learn as much as compared to a distance one. Take admission in a regular one.

It is difficult to get any government college with 52% marks in Science for D.Pharma (regular). You may apply for some private universities, like Sharda University, Apeejay Stya University etc. if in case they take the admission. Thanks.

It is not possible to transfer you from one university to another university. The transfer are valid from one Delhi University college to another Delhi University college after the completion of the first year. Particular college released their cut off to transfer in their college. Hope this review helps you out.
