Hi Vasanth!
It is up to you. Madras University is a reputed university and I don't see any reason why you shouldn't pursue B.Com from there.

Hi,
You can do it from Amity, Kolkata. According to me, for distance course, IGNOU is the best. For admission in IGNOU, you have to appear for OpenMAT. It's an entrance exam.

Yes, The Distance Education Council (DEC) has taken the decision to allow students to pursue more than one course at a time. However, he added that students can do the same through distance or combination of distance and regular modes from the same or different institution.

You are fully eligible to apply and successfully get a government job after completing your B.Ed from IGNOU.
-All degrees of B.Ed from recognized universities are of equal rank, and thereby your degree would have no issues, as IGNOU is a very well recognized university.

Yes, you can. There is no age limit for master's degree, so you can do your M.Com.

I will suggest to you that instead of doing B.Com regular, you can try for B.Com Honors specialisation in accounts or any other subject which you like. That will be good for your future. Or you can go for BBA.
