Yes, you can take admission in 2nd year directly but you will have to fill the lateral entry form and you will have to be eligible for all the qualifications required for the second year lateral entry.
You can take admission directly in the second year, if you have done 1st year from other college. So either complete your graduation from there or take a fresh admission.
