The school facilitated activities included summer internship, job postings, interviews through on-campus recruiting, MIT / Sloan sponsored events, etc. On the other hand, the student facilitated activities included personal network, online job postings, previous employer, etc.

The highest full-time employment was obtained by both College of Engineering and Physical Sciences and the Paul College of Business & Economics,  with 95% of the graduates obtaining full-time employment each. This was followed by the College of Health & Human Services,  with a full-time graduate employment rate of 89%. The lowest full-time employment rate was obtained by the College of Liberal Arts.
