The sources of full-time job offers were school-facilitated and student-facilitated activities. The school facilitated activities included summer internship, job postings, interviews through on-campus recruiting, MIT / Sloan sponsored events, etc. On the other hand, the student facilitated activities included personal network, online job postings, previous employer, etc.
