If you are planning to study up to graduation only then you may face challenges in job search in comparison to regular BCom. However, if you are planning to do post graduation, recruiter will look at your PG degree not UG degree.

Yes, You can definitely apply for an MBA course as you're a graduate. The minimum eligibility requirement for applying in a good MBA college is to have 55% marks (60% in case of top leading institutions) in graduation. And, a valid competitive exam score. I would recommend CAT & XAT, as these two exam scores are accepted by most of the academic institutions.
