If you have aim for NDA than you would go for regular school and make your foundation strong for your further education or career.
You need to understand NDA exam is not a easy task so you should prepare well from your school and maintain good grade too.
And specially regular school is not a time waste that depend on you how to utilise the school study for your better foundation.

If you are getting admission in a reputed law school then option of 5 year integrated degree is excellent. It will also save you one year of education time.
