If you hv started a job already, I would suggest you to take the experience as that will give clarity on what specialization is best for you. May be after two years or so, go for pgdm/PGPX or executive mba from IIMs, XLRI, abroad etc as that will add lot of value to your education.

Both are different field with different prospect and scope . I would not recommend you to proceed.You should choose the programme according to your future planning , don't put your legs in two boats.
But you like creative field more than b.com than you would go interior degree as full time and b.com as distance mode from different University.
