Dear Asad, with 9 yrs of work experience the GMAT score of 680 is awesome. You may apply to almost any good school for your MBA. Please go through the link & make your applications for Round 1 for the maximum chances of acceptance. Though the admission too depends on the prior degree you have earned, nature & quality of work experience you have in current of previous jobs along with the essays & letter of reference from your employer makes your candidature strong.

Anshul. it depends upon your academic capability. If you are a good student you may join coaching classes and some schol where attendance is not of great importance. If you need to learn the fundamentals from their roots then opt for a regular school education.

If you are planning to study up to graduation only then you may face challenges in job search in comparison to regular BCom. However, if you are planning to do post graduation, recruiter will look at your PG degree not UG degree.
