As per ICAI Norms, a CA Student undergoing CA Articleship is allowed to pursue . Form 112 for obtaining permission of ICAI to study additional course along with CA . to pursue the additional course through correspondence or Regular College. . permitted to attend college for any classes of any course (incl. graduation).

Regular Msc Chemistry :
To be eligible for M.Sc, you need to pass graduation in Science subjects (Biology, Maths and Chemistry). You may contact the college officials directly for admission procedure.
External Msc Chemistry :
The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good. Correspondence courses are ideally meant for those who are working and cannot leave their jobs to further their education. It is only to leverage ones experience and not so much as a stand alone degree. The employ-ability of a full time degree holder is the most and those with a distance educ

MBA from distance isn't so valuable it hardly adds value to your current qualifications, and MBA-Executive is so valuable as it adds value as well after MBA -executive you can expect salary hike of 25-30%.
so my suggestion is you should go for MBA-executive you have required number of experience,
