GATE scores are accepted by German institutions. Your academics are good but a higher percentage in B.Tech would somehow have been better. None the less, apply. Take the IELTS too. Besides the GATE score and your B.Tech percentage, universities will also check your internship quality, projects, research, patents if any, publications etc. It's a highly competitive process in Germany.
