GNM for arts students is very common. If you are from arts side and want to study GNM then you can join Institute of public health and hygiene school of nursing which is located in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. Apart from GNM, college offers ANM, Bsc nursing and more than 45 other paramedical courses.

JSS Nursing College Mysuru's admission for the GNM course typically starts around January or February each year, with the induction programme often taking place in January. The induction programme for the 36th batch of GNM students was held on January 1, 2024. Admissions for the 2025-2026 academic year are likely to be announced soon, potentially with the application form available around late January or February 2025.

I couldn't find specific information regarding the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course fee at Barala Hospital in Chomu. However, GNM course fees in India vary based on the institution and whether it's a government or private college. Typically, government colleges charge between ?10,000 to ?70,000 per year, while private colleges may charge between ?1,00,000 to ?3,00,000 or more annually.

For example, Gautam Group of Colleges offers the GNM course with fees of ?39,000 per year for government seats and ?68,000 per year for management quota seats.

GNM nurses registered from State / Indian Nursing Council are allowed to take NORCET (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test)

If it is asked for NVRCET then there's no connection between a GNM nurse and NVRCET exam as both of these are completely different streams.

NVRCET (National Voter Registration and Certification Examination Test) is test that allows you to become a voter registration and certification officer while the GNM is General Diploma in nursing.
