Hi Gourav,
Frankfurt is also competitive and your GMAT score is extremely low. Don't know if any top business school will accept you. But you can email them and establish a network with them, as far as I know Frankfurt School of Finance and Management has regional representatives in India and they organize workshops, pre-requisite courses in some places in India. You can also check GISMA, EU Business School, ESMT, etc.

Of course, but maybe, good college won't give you response due to very poor percentage in graduation but in life, there are always many choices.
So, just start applying and take XAT exam or TOEFL that will help you to cover your poor percentage in graduation.
Best wishes.

In German universities the minimal fees is around INR 60000-80000 per annum. You are allowed to work 20 hours a week by which you can easily cover your expenses.

In Technical University of Berlin, BE in mechanical engineering is taught in German but in the 4th year some courses may be taught in English. You need to prove that you are good at German by passing German language test, e.g., Testdaf of any other.

Manufacturing, in general, is also on the decline in the USA for the last 2 years; so I would recommend being careful about the field that you opt for MS in. Anything that integrates mechanical and the computer has a great scope (mechatronics etc.). While fields like manufacturing will be difficult. Cost of educations is high without scholarships. Quality of Life depends on your industry and location. For Indians, it is great to live in areas like California, Texas, Georgia (with good weather etc.). Germany is good for automotive and manufacturing provided you are able to learn the language and be fluent. Work hard and do as many inter

Well, as you are looking to study abroad, then you should choose the course M. S. Which is totally research bases course. You can go there after completing engineering. You need to appear for the GRE TOEFL or IELTS entrance exam on basis of which you can get good university for the course. And with very good score you can also get scholarship.
